Technical Telephone & E-mail Assistance

Technical assistance is provided by our Call Control Center are open at standad working hours. Our technical representatives provide prompt resolutions using a defined procedure. If an issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time frame, it will be escalated to our senior technical expert.
